By downloading, installing, or using the RecipeyAI mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

RecipeyAI is operated by RecipeyAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Our App helps users find publicly available recipes through search functionality. We do not create, host, or own the recipes displayed.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RecipeyAI. The App does not contain harmful or adult content and is intended for general audiences.

RecipeyAI enables you to search for and view recipes available on public websites. The App does not:

• Generate recipes using AI.
   
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of recipes.
   
• Replace professional advice related to health, nutrition, or cooking safety.
   

To use certain features, you may need to create an account within the RecipeyAI App. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
   
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.
   
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
   

Your account is linked to your Google Play profile for billing and subscription purposes.

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play according to Google’s terms.
   
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your Google account settings before the renewal date.
   
• We do not process cancellations; you must manage them via Google Play.
   

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: recipey.ai/refund-policy.
   
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase, not renewals.
   
• Refunds after the Google Play refund window are handled manually by emailing support@recipey.ai and are at RecipeyAI’s discretion.
   

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in compliance with these Terms.

You may enter search queries to find recipes. These are private and not shared with other users. The App may process queries using machine learning tools to provide relevant results.

Recipes displayed in the App are publicly available on third-party websites. You may share recipe links, subject to the original website’s terms of use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes.
   
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with its operation.
   
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission.

The content in RecipeyAI is for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You assume all responsibility for:

• Verifying ingredients for allergens.
   
• Ensuring food safety and proper cooking practices.
   
• Avoiding injury from heat, sharp utensils, and other kitchen hazards.
   
• Compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  Use your best judgment and consult professionals for specific health or dietary needs. And similar stuff like this.
   

All trademarks, logos, and branding related to RecipeyAI belong to RecipeyAI, Inc. Third-party recipe content remains the property of its respective owners.

Any suggestions or feedback you submit may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECIPEYAI, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LOWER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
